The Parents Club celebrates your child's birthday in a special way. Your child will receive:
Deadline to Order Final Birthday Club orders MUST BE placed by Friday, September 11. We are unable to accommodate orders after this date.
Individual Order Forms Please complete an individual order form for each student.
*Birthday Celebration Date Please select the date you would like your student’s birthday celebrated.
**Quantity Please select only 1 in the quantity box for each order.
Don’t forget about those summer birthdays! We can recognize them on their half-birthday or any day you choose.
